Terms of Use — Realized Ledger
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These terms govern the use of the Shopify app Realized Ledger ("the app"), provided by Elektraset, s.r.o. ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you ("the merchant") accept these terms. Website: https://elektraset.com/ · Contact: help@elektraset.com
1. The service
The app imports the merchant's Shopify orders, refunds, returns, fees and product costs, and the merchant's advertising spend (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or uploaded CSV files), attributes orders to campaigns with the rules the merchant chooses, and shows reports. Attribution is a model: Meta, Google and Shopify count conversions differently and the app makes its assumptions explicit, but it cannot know the true cause of each purchase. Reports are information for business decisions, not accounting, tax or financial advice.
2. Plans and billing
- Free: up to 100 orders per 30 days, one ad connection, manual sync.
- Starter: USD 29 per 30 days, up to 1,000 orders per 30 days, Meta and Google Ads, daily sync, CSV export.
- Growth: USD 79 per 30 days, up to 5,000 orders per 30 days, the Starter features.
- Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. Charges are billed by Shopify on the merchant's Shopify invoice in USD, under Shopify's billing terms. The merchant can change or cancel the plan at any time in the app; cancelling stops future charges. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription.
3. The merchant's duties
The merchant must have the right to connect the store and the ad accounts, must comply with the terms of Shopify, Meta and Google, and is responsible for informing customers about the data processing in the store's own privacy policy (for example the use of UTM parameters and visit data for marketing measurement).
4. Data
Our processing of data is described in the Privacy Policy at https://realized-ledger.apps.elektraset.com/privacy. The merchant keeps all rights to their data.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Third-party APIs (Shopify, Meta, Google) can change or limit access; we will adapt the app with reasonable effort. We can change these terms with 30 days' notice in the app; continued use after that means acceptance.
6. Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or decisions made on the basis of the reports. Our total liability is limited to the fees the merchant paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Termination
The merchant can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We can suspend access for misuse or breach of these terms. Data deletion after uninstall is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Elektraset, s.r.o. is registered, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or merchant protection rules.
