Realized Ledger: returns-aware CAC and profit per campaign
Meta says one ROAS, Google another, Shopify a third. Realized Ledger puts your Shopify orders, refunds, returns, payment fees, product costs and your Meta and Google Ads spend into one order-level ledger, credits each order to at most one campaign with rules you choose, and shows the profit you actually keep after returns.
Install it from the Shopify App Store and open it in your Shopify admin.
One explainable ledger
Every order shows its source, UTM and click IDs, the matching rule, the costs and the return status behind each number.
Realized, not booked
Refunds inside your return window reduce revenue; open orders get a projected refund from your settled refund rate.
Campaign CAC and margin
CAC, booked and realized ROAS, return rate, contribution margin and realized profit per campaign, cohort and product.
Fast setup
Read-only Meta Ads and Google Ads connections or a CSV upload, a daily sync, and CSV exports.
